How much of a chance do you give Lamont Peterson?

Peterson's biggest issue is he puts his ear muffs on for too many rounds and comes on late which is not a consistent fight plan. It wouldnt be a huge upset but it would be a fairly big upset if he won. Peterson has a ton of experience so if he starts fast, stays consistent, and displays a good chin, it could be interesting.
