It’s called money bro! Look at how Floyd cheated with the IV and how manny hasn’t tested positive. Martinez ggg and several others that are suspect.

No they didn’t the only reason he got caught was because that landis dude dated him out. Lance was cleaning his blood so he would have never been caught

They developed a piss test and his samples failed. It's well documented.

They have inside information on when the tests are being done.

They do designer drugs that there arent any tests for yet. The dopers are always one step ahead of the doping agencies because of this.

Look at Tour de France cyclists for evidence. These guys have rigorous AF drug testing year round and some of them go 10 years before ever getting caught. Lance never got caught and did doping his whole career.

How many USADA tested Armstrong 10 times more in one year than than they did Floyd in his whole career.

What samples of Armstrong's failed, and when. Link please.

                Really?

Usada said it tested Armstrong only 60 times, and it cited reports indicating that the International Cycling Union had tested him about 200 times, although Usada said many of the cycling union’s tests were for a health program rather than for prohibited substances.

They tested Mayweather over 100 times.

On August 23, 2005, L’Equipe published an article headlined, “The Armstrong Lie.” The article published six doping control forms pertaining to Armstrong’s urine samples from the 1999 Tour, and a summary of findings from LNDD concerning its research on these samples. The newspaper reported that, on six occasions during the 1999 Tour, Armstrong’s samples showed the presence of EPO. L’Equipe had been able to connect these samples to Armstrong by obtaining Armstrong’s 1999 doping control forms from UCI with Armstrong’s consent.
He also tested positive for corticosteroids.

                h. Positive for cortisone
On the first day of the Tour Lance seized the yellow jersey by winning the prologue.
A few days later the USPS team was notified that Armstrong had had a corticosteroid positive.

                    "Olympic STYLE" drug testing.

USADA/VADA is too expensive for average fighter year round and NSAC (or other A.C.) don't require meaningful testing (they don't want to foot the bill).

And commissioning orgs like WBC/WBO/WBA/IBF don't give a damn about anything except for income...so they aren't going to pay additional costs if it takes away from their profit.

USADA during camp is better than anything ANY athletic commission or sanctioning body require. So I'll take USADA if bo VADA for sure
