These comments are ***ing disgusting. I’ve seen videos of cops killing unarmed individuals and that wrong l but you got to analyze each case and not put the blame on the cops all the time. This man was no innocent angel, he shot another man and refused to comply with the police when asked to put his weapon down. I have very little sympathy for people like that because he could’ve killed the man he shot and a police officer. I’m not gonna say he deserved it but he was asking for trouble. You gotta get in those cops and the man who got shot shoes or imagine if that was one of your family members. *** that criminal.

Your right not all cops are bad, I had about 10 cops surrounding my car when I reached under my seat and they all restrained themselves from shooting me, however there are many bad apples out there who will look for any reason to shoot people, and the sad part is 999 times out of 1000 a cop wont get in trouble for shooting unarmed people and that certainly needs to change. Cops should be held to the same standard as everyone else and not be allowed to shoot people for no reason. In this case with Mayfields brother it looks like they had to shoot him, but there are many other cops who should frankly be in jail right now

I think its the overall lack of accountability for police actions in general that get people so angry. They continuously pull people over for no reason and do warrantless searches, lie on police reports because they know people will believe them, harrass and intimidate people, shoot unarmed people and the list goes on and on and they arent even held accountable. How many time have you been driving down the highway going 5 over the speed limit and a cop flies past you without his lights on? Those same cops have no problem pulling you over for speeding and asking you questions that dont pertain to the stop to try to find evidence of a crime. They arent all bad but the large majority do break the law even if its minor things like speeding they think they are above the law and it needs to stop

I totally agree with you. I’m mexican and the worst interactions I’ve had with a police officer are when it’s a Hispanic officer.

People need to really educate themselves on the situation before posting or commenting. For example the girl that posted the shooting of her black boyfriend on Facebook live that officer needs to be arrested for murder.
