          Joshua may be limited, but Parker is at least one full level below Joshua.

          Parker wont expose any top tier HW, he is just not that good.

            yeah all good points , Joshua should win as his power is probably the deciding factor but just saying parkers not the complete no hoper some on here are suggesting , I seen him fight live twice and he was very fast then, he does need to come in lighter for sure.
