    As a fan I hate when they do this.

    There are so many weekends on the calendar when we have no boxing to watch. Why can't they just spread the fights out instead of putting them on the same night?

      HBO does this stuff all the time. They had a card against Lomo vs Rigo, and plenty of other PBC Showtime events, so they are just returning the favor. This is still good for the fans because it forces both sides to put out better cards.

        Agreed.
        It's usually because some venues are not always available to dates are hard to get sometimes.

            They are going to stick to places and cities where they already know they will do good numbers. Neither guy is a big enough name to experiment like this.
