I find it hard to believe that Showtime would want to hold back numbers simply because they fear it makes Boxing look bad that the biggest Boxing event involved an MMA fighter who doesn't focus on Boxing. That's absurd to me.

Al Haymon never discusses his plans publicly. Al Haymon never speaks publicly. If UFC wanted to buy or rent Al's stable, Al would listen. He's a business man. He's not tied to anybody. He keeps his options open. This is part of why SHO has to treat him so well. If they don't, they know they risk losing him.

Nothing would stop Al from taking his stable exclusively to UFC if UFC offered enough money.
