White will find out soon enough these numbers are over exaggerated.
This was similar to Schaefer mad as hell at HBO thinking the network was cheating and not declaring the true PPV numbers. Then he finally had a chance to be in the driver's seat when he and Haymon moved to SHO.
Schaefer was the promoter in the Broner/Maidana and it was supposed to be on PPV. It became obvious at that point, Schaefer had seen enough of the real PPV numbers...
White will soon get out of the boxing business as soon as he came in.
    Mark my word.

Mayweather said white is using him for leverage in negotiations with Fox and for once I have to agree with him. Hes probably using getting into boxing in general as leverage. Hes saying Showtime is lying about the numbers because it would look bad that a Ufc fighter broke the records. If he was really looking to become a player in boxing he wouldnt still be trash talking boxing while hyping up the Ufc. White is a ******

Plus how is he even going to get into boxing? Its a lot harder than he thinks its going to be. Roc Nation spent crazy money for Ward, Cotto, Rigo and others and are much worse off than when they started and seem to be failing. 50 cent signed a bunch of fighters and couldn't get them fights. Funny thing is Bob Arum was one of the only ones that worked with 50. Partnering with Haymon would be the best thing for White but Haymon works with Showtime and has a handful of promoters for Pbc fights including Richard Shaefer that would go out of business if Haymon did that. Plus that would mean his fighters signing to a promoter which goes against everything Pbc has been about. I honestly think White knows he would probably fail in boxing but wants leverage with Fox

Dana White will fit in well in this sport. He won't work with anyone.

Dana White mouthing off and sounding like a bitter old man again? Geez, if he hadn't been doing exactly that for 15 odd years, I'd be shocked.

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what he says. It's a schtick, it's his character. He's a minority owner who's kept in a job just to stir things up - the UFC will go in whatever direction the power brokers decide to go in. Dana White is not a power broker.

Lmao, imagine Floyd announcing a rematch against Conor on Showtime, and then let's see how White will "refuse to work with those ****ing guys again"
