No. Ortiz never really hurt him. I don't blame Mayweather for knocking him out the way he did. He head butted him and kissed and hugged him too many times. There was no time out. The fight was on so Mayweather blasted him. Then Ortiz looked at the ref for help and Mayweather blasted him again with a perfect strait right. All perfectly fair and legal.
