VADA do 100% CIR testing USADA don't VADA has caught a lot more cheats in the last 7 years. USADA has destroyed sample.
No, fool. The mediation was for the cut-off date.

Didn't Manny agree to full random testing in 2015? Why was he afraid of 14 days?

And Yes, USADA does do CIR testing. Get your facts straight!

Why didn't he take the 14 day cut off? The Morales blood was the day before the fight and he came up with many excuses for the loss, that was just one.
      It probably does.

I've had to give blood tests, and you does take it out of you.

Mostly psychological, different people react different ways. But medically you are weaker as your blood as been taking, and your body needs to replace it, so energy is going into that.

They are also issues with it being a health issue. That is one of the reasons why they don't blood test close to a fight.

I don't think Floyd did one blood test in the week leading up to any of his fights

        .................

You're just repeating what Bob Arum said. This isn't 2010.

14 days isn't close to the fight.

Floyd never offered up full and random testing. WADA testing is 365 days a year, and you have to be on the program for 6 or 9 months before competing.

Peak training is two weeks out from fight night. Pacquiao did not want his camp to be disrupted by blood takers, as he would take a day of training camp when his blood was taken.

Pacquiao also said he would take any test the commission required of him. But he was not going to jump through hoops for Floyd.

Why did Floyd only bring up the blood testing right at the end of negotiations, when everything was done?

It's almost like he didn't want the fight?

It is your most intense weak.

After that, you cut back on your sparring, technical spars, and begin to wind down in the final week.

You just said yourself peak training is two weeks out from fight night.

Mayweather offered 2 weeks with no blood testing. Pacquiao refused.

Seems you kind of stepped in shlt there.

14 days was more than reasonable and you know it. Stop the nonsense. Saying he didn’t want to fight because he offered a 14 day cutoff is asinine.

Mayweather also wanted to control the drug testing, he said no to NSAC carrying out the blood tests.

Mayweather does not control the doping controls in boxing, and in any other sport this would not be tolerated and would be seen as a conflict of interests

Do you think there is a difference between 18 days and 14 days? Mayweather's team didn't think so and told Floyd to sign. Floyd said no and walked away from the fight.

And it was only the blood tests Pacquiao was saying no to.

Then when Pacquiao again, said let's get it on. Mayweather said, I not thinking about boxing and I want to take a year or two break.

A clear duck of a prime Pacquiao.

Still no explanation from you why Mayweather waited till the 11th hour when everything else was agreed to bring up blood testing?
