Cement feet Canelo was running? He spent 70% of the fight on the ropes and Lil G still couldn't land shit.Comment

Do you have an alter-ego or are you bipolar? You replied me twice with two different tones saying two opposite things.
I'll reply this one and how I break it down with running and slick boxing.
Floyd, Canelo and the rest take steps back - one step at a time, mirroring the opponent, keeping just enough distance between them and the opponent. The target is there in a false way cuz when you throw, all they have to do is move their upper body a little and you will miss. You are almost always in range and hardly far off.
Lara and Saunders takes several unnecessary steps back, giving way too much distance between them and the opponent too often. The opponent has to try catcup with them or they stand, throw some punches, once the opponent make a slight move, they take several unnecessary steps back again. You are almost never in range and always far off needing to catch up.
The same way I don't see Khan as a slick boxer cuz he hops around the ring. He is just another fighter who hops.
Their fights are different due to different styles but this is the major trends all through their fights.

There are fights were Floyd disgust me like the Berto fight. I didn't even watch it live, infact I watched it months later after i saw a Berto interview where he talked about how hard it was to get to Floyd.
When I watched it the fight was still boring to me.
I tried explaining how I grade running and slick boxing in my other response to you.Comment

you're mixing up your fighters. Mayweather and Saunders are basically boxing the same - looking to get out of harms way and then counter or even lead when possible. Both slick but Floyd is an ATG defensive genius so way slicker - no shame for BJS in that.I call it slick boxing, same with Rigo, Ward and what Canelo did with GGG. But Lara and Saunders are runners. Atleast Saunders ran in the Lemieux fight, next fight might be different.
It's not double standards. It's the truth you don't agree with cuz it works for certain fighters like Floyd.
Canelo is nowhere near as slick as Floyd or BJS. He is slow around the ring but he has a quick 2-step moves to create or close distance.
Lara ran against Canelo in the second half - he wasn't even really looking to win rounds.
Ward the last three years was in no way slick - as in athletic footwork. At all. Just defensively very very sound sound and a superb counter puncher.
Rigo - yes. There is one very slick mofo. But, he met his match.Comment

Lemuix never beat a champion. All the major belts he won were vacantWhat did you call it when Mayweather did it for most of his career? I'm sure it wasn't "running." LOL.
NSF double-standard-having ******s
Saunders schooled former-world champion Lemieux in his own country - one thing that Saunders can say he did as a professional - not all fighters can say that.Comment

It's clear what you are saying but it's like you didn't watch all the BJS fight - there were many times when Lemieux's punches landed inches short due to BJS' reactionsDo you have an alter-ego or are you bipolar? You replied me twice with two different tones saying two opposite things.
