Excellent memory and essential point when it comes to Bilal Dib.

Early on in his career he was making headlines and knocking guys over with his Hamed type style.

Then in comes famous trainer Johnny Lewis and trains the natural talent out of him, moulding him to a traditional orthodox fighter.

I don't think he had the bizarre talent that Naseem did, but Dib was so obsessed with the prince he actually travelled all the way from Oz to the U.K to meet him and was inspired.

IMO the worst thing you can do to a fighter is take away their natural style. Once Dib succumbed to Lewis' demands he became an average fighter with average skills.

I know this because I use to hang around the same gyms that he and his stablemates use to train at.

they all use to train under a guy who's of middle eastern descent- I forget his name, but he also trained the famous Hussein twins.

I really believe Dib could have been an extraordinary fighter if he had stuck to his natural style.

People from Australia who use this term usually identify as 'white Australians.'

That means their ancestors came over on the fleets packed with settlers from the U.K.

I cannot say for sure, but there is a debate raging in Australia currently about what constitutes being 'Australian.'

There is a lot of ethnic tension between white Australian's, indigenous Australians and other ethnic ********** from Eastern Europe and Asia.

We have had a policy up until recently due to the rise in racism and nationalism of taking in refugees from war-torn countries.

We treat them like dogs now, but once upon a time we took in people from Ireland, Scotland, then China, Then Greece, the Balkans, India, Sri Lanka, then Vietnam, then Lebanon and then China again.

All those (or most) were from war-torn countries, and have since settled into ethnic '******'s' around the major capital cities.

Right now our political system has been infiltrated by fear and hate mongering white Australian's who use the same dumb rhetoric as red-neck Americans use to describe Mexicans, such as 'their taking our jobs', and 'they've lowered our standard of living'.

In truth, Australia is a rich tapestry of different cultures and influences and we have a world-class cafe' culture, restaurant culture and the like.
