    Too bad, was hoping to see him in unification fights with Kimura and Higa. Those would have been mega Japanese world title fights. Oh well, enjoy retirement

        Sucks I really liked Ioka. But I know that Japan has a big market for Boxing and this youngster has made millions.

        Fkin criminal i wanted to see him move up and face Inoue in a Japanese mega fight.

                Exactly they dont feel the need to fight in America for less money while facing the dangerous of robberies.

                Kameda brothers i never considered them as elites but their controversy sold and they made millions of dollars since way back.

                        A lot of good fights for him too bad.I know its selfish but I wanted to see just how good he and others could become.Tanaka is moving up and he fits right in at 115 with estrasda and ssr.Plus Higa would have been a good win as Ioka would have given him a lesson I think.

                            it was yoko gushiken in 2015 (retired in 1981). he is one of only 3 boxers from japan in the hof.
