From what I have seen, female boxers aren't that quality. Shields I have seen spar Cyborg and Katie Taylor.

Its quite simply.

Cheats like Cyborg cycle PED's through their system before they even enter training camp.

Testing isn't done on these Cheats unless they have a fight officially signed and they're in training camp. There just isn't enough money to fund real testing and its easy to flush out all traces of PED's from your system within 24 hrs.

The only way to catch these cheats is to test them every day 365 days a year. That would cost a lot but its the only way to catch them.
