The only reason G was ever ranked so high on any p4p list is because he ducked anyone and everyone halfway decent his entire career until Jacobs. Everyone knows that. As soon as he fought real opponents he hasn't looked so good. He very easily could have two losses in his last two fights. That is what is wrong with boxing "fans". They put someone at the top of the p4p list for fighting complete bums. Just look now. Who has Crawford ever beat? Postol? Diaz??? Those are not opponents that should get anyone ranked p4p. It seems now the way to get a high ranking is to avoid any and all challenges. I still believe resume means a lot, and ko'ing a cab driver doesn't mean squat. A ko or a decision, a win is a win. People get too caught up in the media hype and in ko's. These so-called fans want to put fighters at the top for never fighting anyone good. Look how many were riding G's jockstrap until he fought Jacobs. There were five stories on here everyday about G. Then he fought a real opponent and many had him losing. Now G has been proven to be a good fighter, but not any all-time great. Idiots wanted to compare him to Hagler and B-hop. G isn't even close to those guys.

Gennady Golovkin has three out of the 4 middleweight title belts. Ergo, he couldn't POSSIBLY have ducked anybody at 160 pounds except the other title holder who happens to be Billy Joe Saunders. However, the reality is that team Saunders refused a match against Golovkin when Golovkin was still available. They were the ones who weren't still ready / prepared and were still facing domestic level opposition.

The fact that Golovkin owns 75% of the titles / belts means that if anybody was doing the ducking at 160 pounds, it was his possible opponents and not the other way round. A champion who consistently faces his mandatory challengers / number one contenders simply couldn't be called a 'duck'. How does that even make sense?

All one has to do to be the best in their weight division is to beat the best possible opponents in their weight division. Which Golovkin has done for years now! He doesn't need to face some fantasy or mythical opponents that don't exist in reality. If they existed, then they should earn their shot at his titles by becoming the mandatory challengers and if he still refuses to box them whilst he's available, then feel free to call him a 'duck' then.

BJS said it himself that he wasn't ready for GGG & needed 18 months... He even twitted it:

'My rest is done two nice weeks Bk to work so GGGboxing your right I was not ready before 'But I'm more then ready Nw let's Get it on 💯👑'

Golovkin also avoided Mora, Lara.... ducked Ward, Cotto, Canelo at 155..... and was in no hurry whatsoever to fight Jacobs/Saunders
Nutpuncher Ward ducked GGG 8 times in 2014.

Fair enough. We all know most fighters would prefer to take the softest route to stardom, and pay-days.

But then there are the few fighters who don't give a **** about the money comparatively, and will fight anyone simply out of machismo, pride and bragging rights, which, in this age of extremist feminism is not a bad thing.

I don't think GGG can learn head movement at this age.

Danny Garcia probably has never watched GGG vs Ouma war, as of now still his toughest fight, Jacobs and Canelo were by far less punishing and were much easier

You and your 36 minutes. I've made important decisions in five minutes before. If what you see is unacceptable then you can make a decision in 5 mins - much less 36 minutes - 36 mins is actually slow.

Golovkin ducking Mora - come on man - do yourself a favor - nobody EVER ducked Mora - he is non-duckworthy.

As for Lara - why would anyone think that G wouldn't catch up with him eventually and nail him. He was irrelevant at 154 - still is largely - and has had years to come up to 160 and never has - at least Charlo has walked the talk - why not Lara?
