Parkers chin isn't in question to me, it's his offensive skills that I think are lacking. He just doesn't know how to cut off the ring and do damage, it's been clearly evident over his last few fights.

AJ may have the power but he looks pretty slow to me and his endurance is a little suspect, Parker actually looks better to me in that category. The ONE thing I can give AJ is that he has the ability to make adjustments during a fight, the best example is how he took out Martin. He was coming close to landing the right early in the 1st, made some adjustments and took him out in the 2nd.

If this fight happens and Wilder/Ortiz happens...........and if people stop bringing up Dillian Shyte or Lucas Clown
........we might have a good chance of seeing the REAL fight everyone wants to see, later in 2018.

Do you really think you're offering a fair assessment?

Stiverne was #2 or #3 in every major independent ranking system when Wilder shut him out to capture the title. Are we really supposed to believe the #2 fighter in the world wasn't a "good" fighter? Is that really a fair assessment? Or are you exaggerating?

Johann Duhaupas may not have been well known when Wilder knocked him out, but he went on to knock out undefeated Robert Helenius to win the silver world championship. Duhaupas subsequently spent the rest of the year in the top 10 of most of the major independent ranking systems, including TBRB, until losing on short notice to a roided out Povetkin.

Is it really fair to say Duhaupas wasn't a "good" fighter? Or are you exaggerating?

Parker has the skill to foot it with Joshua. From all accounts he will be coming in fitter then ever, he will have to be and fight a faultless game plan to get past Joshua. I also see Joshua's weight as his biggest weakness, he has slowed drastically over the last couple of years and his stamina is very questionable. If Parker can take the power and keep Joshua busy that will be his best bet, he will gas if he doesn't come in lighter for Parker.

Let's not forget........ Washington was an undefeated top ten heavyweight with Eddie chambers and Mansour on his record when he stepped up on short notice to fight wilder for the belt. He also boxed great early in the fight. Is it fair to call him a bum???? Szpilka was ranked #8 by the wbc on a 5 fight win streak on his record including then highly ranked heavyweight tomaz adameck. He stepped up on short notice after glazkov, pulev, Joshua, Jennings, and several others turned down the fight and gave a good account of himself until being knocked out. Is it fair to call him a bum???? I'm confused on what makes these guys bums.

If they fight Wilder, the trolls automatically declare them bums. You can already see it starting with King Kong.

I don't know how suspect AJ's chin is but if they are basing it off the Wlad knockdown, wtf? Wlad has a crazy high KO% with lights out power. The fact that AJ got dropped by him but was able to get back up is a great attribute. If anything the fact that AJ didn't get put to sleep from the shot and got up shows he has a great chin.

I don't know jack about Parker either but I just ultimately want to see AJ vs Wilder.
