Comments Thread For: Hearn: Let's See How Parker Reacts When Joshua Lands on Chin!

Eddie Hearn, promoter for IBF, IBO, WBA heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua (20-0, 20 KOs), rejects the idea that his star has a questionable chin. That claim will be tested in the early part of 2018, when Joshua likely steps in the ring with WBO heavyweight champion Joseph Parker (24-0, 18 KOs). Parker, and his promoter David Higgins, believe Joshua has a suspect chin that is there for the taking.

Lol I think Joshua takes Parker out, like Hearn said who has he been hit by? Don't get this 'he has a great chin' narrative

Like Tyson said everyone has a plan until they get hit and Joshua is clearly the bigger puncher of the two. And while Parkers chin so far seems to be good he's not faced any genuinely huge hitters. Ruiz Jr is probably the biggest puncher he's faced to date and his power is nothing spectacular.

I think eventually Joshua's power will force Parker on to the back foot and that will turn the fight Joshua's way as Parker is less effective on the back foot.

Wilder´s best win in 40 fights and 10 long years as a pro might be 50 year old Luis Ortiz LOL . Wilder is the most protected HW "Champ" I can recall.

I think Parker has a durable chin.. He's never been dropped, never even looked hurt in any fight!

But then again he has never been punched by a power puncher like AJ. Really looking forward to this fight.. Loads of questing to be asmnswered.

Parker will do well in lasting four rounds. Joshua - like it or not - is just in another league.
