I don't think Hearn had much choice on this one. There is a over-sensitivity anyway about hills borough, you have seen that with reactions elsewhere (hats not debating its right or wrong - just a comparison to reference to other incidents). Anyone, but particularly and upcoming fighter, is particularly foolish to get involved in a conversation around it. Hearn has fighters from Liverpool of course too, and therefore fans who feel very strongly about it.

As for comparing to Joshua, I think people need to be sensible about this - you don't need to drag other names into a conversation just because you don't like the man. It's a very different situation anyway.

They're pointing out they Joshua did something worse, but was almost completely excused.

Tyson pulled his stunts almost 30 years ago. Don't pretend Americans are given free reign. Look how Floyd was treated (and rightfully so) after his domestic abuse. It's a really politically correct environment now. Even Broner got himself in hot water for the "meci-can" comment, which wasn't even as offensive as it was just ******.
Hey I know them UK bums get wacky too, but I don't *recall Pac, Floyd or Broner getting suspended, (*I could be wrong) for flapping their jaws. Domestic violence, yes, but jaw*******?..... I don't think so.

As for Iron Mike, the only trouble he got in was for chewing on Evander's ear and playing slap & tickle with beauty contestant that didn't want it, not spitting ****** shyt out his mouth.

Yea, it's a different time now, but I still think US marketing would use that kinda villain shyt talk to make $$ not suspensions.

The Joshua thing wasn't excused. It literally never made it's way into the mainstream media over here. The Hearn/Sky machine did a "fantastic" job keeping it out I'd assume.

Honestly this is pretty pathetic. I'm sure anyone from Liverpool will hate my guts for saying this but scousers are ridiculously oversensitive about Hillsborough. Yes, it was a bad incident but it was years ago and the injustice arising from it has been corrected now, it's time to shut up about it. You'd think it was as bad as 9/11 and only happened a week ago the way that scousers go on about it.

People just love being victims and getting "offended".

It almost seems like the biggest achievement one can have in society is being a victim. People cry and whine about stuff that happened years ago to people they don't even know in most cases just to find a reason to cry. To be offended.

I'd really want to punch those people in the face as hard as I can to show them what "being offended" really means. Oh and Ohara Davies, I wanna punch his face, too.

Tbh, simply mentioning the sun shouldnt equate to the hillsborough disaster. It's clear Davies' comments had nothing to do with that.

Why are you adamant in speaking out your arse? It wasnt even Joshua's account, many of his twitter followers reported never seeing such comments by him. Plus, the DMs sent to, who was it, Byrd or whoever, make no sense. From the video shown, it seems "AJ" sent the first message, why would he do that?

                      Now, stfu and sleep.
