Former four division world champion Roy Jones Jr. (65-9, 47 KOs) has announced what he claims will be the final fight of his professional career. Jones has set down a cruiserweight fight for February 8 at the Pensacola Bay Center in his hometown of Pensacola, Florida. Jones, who turns 49-years-old on January 16, will headline Island Fights 46 as part of a card with a mixture of boxing and mixed martial arts bouts. The event will be preceding Pensacola's Mardi Gras weekend celebration.

RJJ I hope so. A great fighter as he was should have never taken the KOs has against guys we all know in his prime he would have destroyed. He has a good gig with HBO, time to end the career inside the ring.
