Rios vs Garcia / Ortiz vs Alexander

Pretty pathetic card. After Rios and Ortiz lose, the two of them should go in the parking lot and fight, that'd save the night

I think it will be entertaining. They're all a bunch of punch drunk bums going at it. It should be fun.

Marcos Maidana should be their referee

They are bad fights on paper but given that Garcia usually picks bad fighters, is anyone surprised?

            LOL! Pathetic cards!

Do you want me to name a few? Or the main culprit (PBC!).

Danny's a bum or at least exposed thanks to Thurman.

As for BAM BAM the kids been through some wars. His three losses were to Timothy Bradley, Manny Pacquiao and Mike Alvarado.

Mike "Mile High" Alvarado suffered 4 losses. Two to "BAM
BAM" Rios (BAM BAM won one of three), ube to JM Marquez and one to Ruslan "The Siberian Rocky" Provodnikov.

Who did Danny fight? An old Erik Morales and washed up Amir Khan? OH yeah Paulie Malignaggi. Hey Paulie tell us about the time Broner punked you in the ring and left with your GF!

BAM BAM might be in the twilight of his career but the MF
is gonna go out like a warrior.

Danny and Angel are just looking for an open door back into the game!

                Typical negative responses

Both good fights for what they are

Danny coming back from his first loss and long layoff against Rios whos probably a top 15-20 WW who seems to be taking the sport seriously again.

Alexander & Ortiz are both trying to establish themselves again and both just beat some low level fighters. Both are established vets and the winner probably gets Thrown back into the mix at WW

All 4 are well known names to boxing fans, all ex champions all have gas left in the tank.

Not saying this card is crazy good but How is this a bad thing ? For just a regular card on Showtime this is heads and shoulders better then the Linares / Matthysse card featuring two unknown opponents neither whom have beat anyone of substance and aren't even ranked in the top 25

Benavidez-Gavril II is an excellent fight.

                    So don't watch.

It's not on pay-per-view. Not sure what's pathetic about it. It's four guys who used to be at the top of the game looking for a win so they can climb back up the ladder and try to get a title shot. What's wrong with that?
