As much as a mismatch as it is... I think this should and will happen.

Povetkin is mandatory to both Joshua and Parker.
Joshua and Parker are most likely going to fight each other next, so.... Povetkin would be wise to get in a tune up.... and if Hearn is offering Whyte... why not? Especially if in UK.

This will expose Povetkin to the UK and more of Europe and will easily hype up the eventual unification (if Parker/Joshua does not happen).... or the Joshua/Povetkin or Povetkin/Parker fight.
