      MMA fighters know better than to trade punches with a boxer. You seen the difference in punching power between McGregor and Floyd.

                  Its the way they keep that back foot.Its not even facing forward most of time.Of course this is for take down defence but they cant punch for s hite compared with a boxer THATS FOR SURE.

                    Any professional boxer can learn grappling and take down defence within months. Most MMA fighters started in their 20s. It's not as hard as people think. A bit of Ju-Jitsu, wrestling and defence and you're good to go.
