Yeah bro he's not taking the futuristic peds for accuracy known as accur-punchure. They created them from bending time and space specifically for Russian athletes within the confines of a 36 minute fight. And with most arenas housing specialised antenna which to us show a normal a fight but for pedveterankin his opponents slows and is easier to hit hence we didn't notice that effect.

Povetkin was never suspended for either drug test failure. After his 2nd positive test, he fought 24 hours later and then fought again 6 months later.

Fury received a 2-year ban. Povetkin fought 24 hours after his 2nd drug test failure of the year.
