That Dortico's is a monster puncher. He is not the kind of guy you want to be in a shootout against. What is weird though is Edison Miranda is the only guy to make it the distance with him.

I didn't see him sitting on his punches that night. A least not the way he is doing it now. Still, when you want to survive you will. Another thing is that Miranda was 30 pounds heavier and looked healthier than at 160. In any case he is the only one on Dortico's resume that was not KO...

What was he gonna train for? It's a 12 round title fight.

He should be training minimum 15 rounds, so maybe it's an insult by suggesting this fight is going to be easy, therefore he'll only need to train for 12.

I think Dorticos is not just a puncher. He's got good fundamentals and uses his range well, and really sits down on those straight punches. I really think stylistically this is a tough match up for Gassiev.
