it is OBVIOUSLY the exact same definition as for middleweight
a genuine JMW would be preparing to weigh in at 154, to fight a JMW opponent..... and he would need to be conditioned to the weight..... Canelo is an entitled diva so he took an extra pound, but he proved that he was a genuine JMW when he made 154 to win the WBO jmw title
when you guys ran around embarrassing yourselves by calling Canelo a middleweight, and he made you all look ****** by winning a title at 154..... you guys should have walked in traffic
ok, maybe traffic is a little strong..... but you should have had the common-sense to stop that middleweight bullshht
you are being silly, so I suspect that you are also an excuse-making muppet..... have you answered those two questions yet?
Is it 154 or 155? Where do you draw the line? That, quite frankly, is the real crux of the thread
Since you want to go back to the student role asking the teacher questions, rather than letting me be the student and ask you questions. But that's ok. Like the title says, Can somebody explain to aboutfkntime...
Excellent, thank you !!
1) explain why Golovkin totally refused to negotiate on weight with the SUPERSTARS Cotto and Canelo...... but was more than happy to offer a catchweight to no-hopers like Rosado/Brook?
2) explain why Golovkin stated that he is ready and willing to fight a JMW at 154, but nobody will step up..... AFTER refusing to negotiate on weight with Cotto Canelo?
1) why were you unaware that Canelo weighed 150 at welter?
2) why were you unaware that Canelo won the WBO jmw title AT 154 by beating Liam Smith about a year ago?
3) why were you unaware that Reynoso has explained exactly why they are weight-diva's on MULTIPLE occasions?
4) the most important question..... if you were unaware of those RELEVANT facts, then why are you here running your ****-warmer??????
HOW, could you possibly be here arguing with me, without knowing those VITAL gems?
this is utterly ******ed
you clowns have embarrassed yourselves
What the hell are you trying to prove? I think everyone knows your viewpoint. Not everyone agrees with you. There is no simple yes or no answer because you don't respect anyone that disagrees with you. Your lump anyone who challenges your viewpoint into one group and call them names. So in order to irritate you the way you are irritating a lot of people on this forum I'm not answering your ****** questions.
Is it 154 or 155? Where do you draw the line? That, quite frankly, is the real crux of the thread
It's pretty simple...154 is the jrmw limit. Beyond that up to 160 is mw. Canelo was fighting as a mw, that is simply a fact. Whether or not he was a small mw who could still make 154 is irrelevant...you can bet that if it was easy for him to make 154, he wouldn't have needed that extra pound.
you're lucky that I did not ask you the questions below, or you would be having an aneurysm..... like Gloveking
1) explain why Golovkin totally refused to negotiate on weight with the SUPERSTARS Cotto and Canelo...... but was more than happy to offer a catchweight to Rosado/Brook?
2) now explain why Golovkin stated that he is ready and willing to fight a JMW at 154, but nobody will step up..... AFTER refusing to negotiate on weight with Cotto Canelo?
so, you clowns want to run around asking me the dumbest questions ever..... but when it comes time to answer my questions, you take your toys and go home ?
those questions are reasonable, and your refusal to answer them..... was not reasonable
what happened to..... can someone please explain to aboutfkntime?

Not wanting to get in all this but I read an interview where canelo said he fought at 155 because he did not want a title because Floyd still had 2 and he had lost. Also read one where he made it sound like he did not want to give them anychance to make money off his fights(the other guy could still have a belt at 54).Either way the fact that he had one last fight at the 154pd limit after 3-4 at 155 shows he could have made 154 all along.

a fighter who weighs 154.1..... is OBVIOUSLY not a middleweight..... and neither is one who weighs 155..... you just blew your opportunity to display more knowledge and common-sense than those other muppets
what other middleweight weighs 155..... name one ?
if 155 is middleweight, then why did Golovkin refuse to fight Canelo at "middleweight"?..... oh, right..... because 155 is not middleweight, 160 is
" middleweight is 160.... this is boxing " ~ Gennady Golovkin
Whether or not he was a small mw who could still make 154 is irrelevant...you can bet that if it was easy for him to make 154, he wouldn't have needed that extra pound.
who cares how fkn hard it is ?
making weight is harder for some than for others..... but making weight is hard for EVERYONE lol
what a ridiculous assessment
do you want to have a go at these questions, seeing that your butt-buddies have left the room?
1) explain why Golovkin totally refused to negotiate on weight with the SUPERSTARS Cotto and Canelo...... but was more than happy to offer a catchweight to Rosado/Brook?
