This thread has proven many things, regardless that all boxers drain an average of 10lbs minimum!! That’s standard practice simply to avoid the legal fees, and course many boxers can go beyond the margin of error because their body can, be it Crawford, Canelo, Triple Gee (considering his age), or even Geale. Cutting water weight is easy.

But as aboutfkntime been saying and as I, the PPV opportunities were always there! If Genandy Golovkin said 154 was always easy since 2013, then why didn’t he ever call out or campaign at 154 in previous years? That’s where Cotto and Canelo where and even Floyd!!!! The PPV was there!!!

Seeing how big Gennady is, they were always bullshttng. Gennady too big, with those consistent he was sick at weights for whatever dumb reasons... fine..he ducked both north and south fights.

Even if Canelo can cut the weight, GGG could never cut below 158 etc... too hard on his body. This is why Canelo invited him to 155 before he even became WBC champ. Nelo always beeen young and the bigger star. It was always the Canelo show, not the Ggg show.

Cotto: Official: 153.6 - Unofficial: HBO could not get Cotto's weight, which is normal for Cotto... let’s say Cotto rehydrated to 167... willing to bet.
    Geale: Official: 157 - Unofficial: 182 !!!!!

Geale 182!!! Oh noes... Geale is a rehydrated LHW like Kova on fight night!!! But GGG looked smaller than Geale? Fck out here. We all know HBO hiding GGGs “unofficial weight.” The fact these are labeled unofficial is scandalous practice lol

      1) you must be preparing to weigh-in at 160 or under
      2) you must be preparing to fight a MW opponent
      3) you must be conditioned to the weight, because we all know that 159lb Brook was not a middleweight

FACT: Canelo did none of those things

only an excuse-making fukwit would classify Canelo as a genuine middleweight
So Canelo didn't defeat Cotto for the WBC Middleweight championship?

      This image is a fake.

Canelo didn't defend the WBC middleweight against Khan.

By your admission, Canelo didn't win these fights.

You should be more organized by circumstance. And you quoted aboutfkntime for him saying Canelo never fought a Middleweight, so first:

1.) you would be showing a picture of Cotto winning and defending his WBC at 160, and again, you would be defending the premise that Cotto was the Middleweight correct? Such as the debate that Cotto was always “small Middleweight.”

Then you have to take into consideration that Geale weighed 182 against Cotto...

Also, Khan was never a Middleweight. Technically Khan could fight at Middleweight of course, but is he Middleweight because of his chin or overalll mass?

2.) There are some inconsistencies with Aboutfkntime regarding Middleweight, and that’s reasonable because many of you generalize replies without timeline detail of when...Lara, Kirkland, Angulo, all whom had more fights than Nelo above 155, were they Middleweights? Industry doesn’t focus on rehydration for any other fighter. For instance Gatti was more than 20lbs over vs Floyd. What was Gatti’s class of a fighter?

As we seen numerous times. Gennady when not fighting four times a year just like other stars, when walking around that guy is huge, like 190lbs easily. That’s fine... as we see him drain in the weigh in, he wasn’t looking anything like that a week before the fight on the pads.

So people need to drop about the weight theory as to why GGG vs Nelo didn’t happen earlier. It wasn’t because guys we’re scared. It just wasn’t the time and it wouldn’t never had gone to purse to bid.

The building around ggg vs Nelo was surrounded by GBP, not K2. It’s always been the Canelo show

He was a middleweight. He fought for the middleweight belt?
How the fúck is that not middleweight?
Where is your evidence that Geale gained 24 pounds?
Where is your evidence that GGG walks around 190 pounds?
If they fought sanctioned fights above JMW limit, yes..
IF THEY FOUGHT FOR THE FÙCKING MW BELT, THEN THEY ARE FÚCKING MIDDLEWEIGHTS, YOU UTTER ******.

Lampley criticized Geale for being 182.

Evidence? Are you man? Are you a small man? You’re so naive to boxing procedures.

Here’s facts that should stick to your head. Learn it well...

When fighters aren’t training, walk around weight off training, they are 30lbs over their weight class, that’s the least, and that doesn’t mean they are fat at all.

When camps start, their goal is to LOSE weight in dieting and metabolism. That means let’s say from the 30lbs over, they can lose 15 lbs within camp, getting in shape. Then on weigh in they CUT the water weight from about 10-20lbs+ easily. MMA fighter’s are notorious for 20-30lbs cuts of water draining.

When Gennady was next to Nelo in the pre conferences we was huge in shoulders, arms, neck, swole. Would you call that fat? Post the pics! I dare you.

If Canelo is supposedly a walking 185lbs easily then what does that make Golovkin? Look at every Golovkin pic when he is in suits.

You guys are idiots to think Golovkin doesn’t walk around 190lbs +

This is normal. It’s nothing to be upset about.

So Canelo was close to 200 pounds when fighting Chavez?

Why do you embarrass yourself? These are the same type of questions when you previously tried to bring down Floyd in Manny debates as you still would anyways.

If Canelo is walking around 180lbs, that means he doesn’t have to cut as much water weight than when he was fighting at 154 since he can weigh in at 164. You don’t just “add,” theoritical proportion. As Gennady said, Canelo would be faster and more stronger at 164 against Chavez because he doesn’t hurt his body to hit 154 or Caneloweight 155. We all know adding more weight slows down a fighter, so we know Canelo didn’t “add” weight against Chavez Jr., he just didn’t need to cut 10lbs of water weight for the weigh in.

Against Genandy Golovkin, that’s where Canelo had to add 5lb more muscle weight, which is why he looked more ripped in the shoulders, and most likely why he gassed against Golovkin trying to throw bombs.

Or we can just act stupid with your questions and say that Gennady at 168 against Chavez or Froch he would weigh 200lbs also?

Don’t be a dork bruh. This a mans sport

And you are not a man, Sugarkainemostly.

How can you win the Middleweight championship and defend it and not be middleweight?
