Idk, boxing is like the wild west so they'll just be another player in the game.
One thing I'll give dingle berry Dana, he knows how to do the media scrums and press conferences right so I'll give him that, should be interesting.

I personally don't care if it succeeds or fails but I will say that the last thing boxing needs right now is ANOTHER promotion that isn't going to get along with other promotions and will keep the best from fighting the best. We were finally start to make some progress in the promoter wars, now this...

Well forum posters ( the majority ) dont even like the sport iitself so it doesnt matter and the attitude on this thread alone shows that . lol
White will make the sport more attainable and in the public eye where it needs to be . This will generate more fights and relevant matches , but we dont want that right ? lol
I swear boxing fans have got to be the dumbest , White is the best guy to get all the top guys at least interested in fighting eachother bc he will figure out a boxing model that replicates what worked in UFC . Hes also learned from mistakes himself as a BOXING manager and promoter before the UFC .
Either way boxing should benefit from SEG as long as they actually give White what he needs to push this thing . I cant wait for all the hate if he succeeds bc it'll become a MMA vs BOXING somehow and not a discussion of good fights ....we all know this bc thats the boxing fan mentality ! lol

This is how ZUFFA Boxing can succeed in Boxing.
Have a PROFESSIONAL BOXING FIGHT in the OCTOGON instead of a traditional Boxing Ring.
Also 5 minute rds instead of 3 might be interesting.
What would be great is if they could use those 4oz MMA gloves but no commision would allow that. Maybe they could cheat and say its a MMA fight and allow some stand up grappling? but no kicks or ground work.
