Briggs has a great chin, but at that age, it may be a thing of the past. Tyson could keep him away all night.

He wouldn't even have to be in very good shape. Fury is a natural boxer anyways, regardless of his weight and Briggs gases after two rounds of wild windmills and hayemakers.

FURY vs. BRIGGS is a great idea. If Fury can't beat Briggs, he has no business facing top fighters and Briggs is a far more interesting opponent than whoever else would wind up being Fury's first fight back.

It gives Briggs the (mythical) title shot he's been desperately seeking and it gives Fury an opponent that can go toe to toe with him in the trash talking and gamesmanship department. The press conferences would be legendary.

As far as your aforementioned Fury/Klitschko comments, I'm a big Klitschko fan, but you don't look like that at 41 with protein shakes and creatine. Chisora even called out his brother Viatli (age 40 at the time) before their fight in a presser saying I'm not ripped like him because I don't juice, to which Vitali clinched his jaw and smiled. You wouldn't have a lot of boxing to watch if you eliminate your purview of "scum bags". Not a lot of sports in general even, but I understand your reasoning because in its essence, it is an unfair advantage (providing only one of the two is on it).
