From what I've heard steroids are very easy to get over the counter in Brazil and there is no stigma in taking PEDs over there like how it is in the west.

Just going by her jawline, body shape, muscle mass I wouldn't be surprised if 'she' was originally (still is) a man or has taken so much test injections from a young age that she morphed into a psuedo-man.
