Who is Loma's next opponent gonn be? What about 2018 boxing overall? Post leaks here!

If you have any inside info pertaining to these questions, please post it here!

    1. Who is Loma's next opponent going to be?

    2. Will Loma-Mikey happen in 2018?

    3. Will Kovalev fight in a unification (sounds like Beterbiev most likely?) in his 2nd fight of 2018, or are they going to wait for 34 year old Kovalev, 33 year old Beterbiev, and 40 year old Stevenson to get even further past their primes so that by the time the fights happen, they are huge disappointments and the sport is further harmed, same as happened with May-Pac, GGG-Canelo, Kovalev-Ward, Chocolatito-Inoue (not happening at all now after overmarination), etc etc? Will they ever learn?

    4. Is Deryvanchenko-Andrade happening Q1 2018?

    5. Who is Jacobs opponent going to be in April? Wouldn't it be just like HBO to give an American boxer a nice payraise out of their tiny boxing budget only to let him feast on easy opponents for not just his first, but two HBO dates? Or will there actually be some quality control for once where if Jacobs doesn't fight Charlo, Saunders, Deryvanchenko, or Andrade (I mean, that's four choices, plenty of options), then they won't broadcast another mismatch, which is how it should work? Otherwise, why did they sign him to a deal on regular HBO if they weren't going to get good fights out of it on regular HBO?

    6. Is Bivol's team ready to put him in with Kovalev/Beterbiev/Superduck by summer if he beats Barrera convincingly, or are they going to season him more until late 2018 or 2019 before putting him in with them?

    7. How long until Inoue gets a top opponent? Did they find one for him for Superfly 2 or is this going to be another bull**** GGG situation where the only guys willing to fight him are lower ranked guys? Are they at least going to make Inoue vs the winner of Sor Rung-Estrada for summer?

    8. What are some great fights that could happen in 2018 that fans haven't even thought of yet?

Very simple for the LHW division: WBSS tournament. That division is a mess at the moment

I mean, we all want that, but are you saying you have it on good authority that it will actually happen? Plus if it happens, wouldn't it have to start in the next couple months? Otherwise quarterfinals wouldn't start until summer, and that means we wouldn't get the unification fights in the semi-finals until fall 2018, which is no better than we would likely get without the WBSS involved at all. Kovalev will be 35 by then. Beterbiev 33. Stevenson 40 or 41. The whole point of Kovalev getting his life together just in time before age makes it irrelevant (in terms of top level boxing) was so we could see these fights with everyone in their prime. If Kovalev is living a better lifestyle, then at 34 he might have 6 more months of prime boxing left, but even with a better lifestyle, if they wait until fall when he's 35, then 35 is 35, it probably won't matter.

Same goes for Beterbiev. Good lifestyle or not, 33 is not prime age for an athlete. So I figured now that the Ward BS is done with, that all the promoters would get smart and rush these fights ASAP while the boxers are still at the edge of their primes. But waiting until fall 2018 is too long. They all got their belts back fall 2017. That's an entire year. You don't need another whole year, after already marinating these fights for 2-4 years, to make the fights. Get the belts back, then unify right away. Or one defense, then unify in the summer. But fall? That is another failure for boxing if that happens. Not to mention, that would only be the first unification. With 4 champs, TWO unification fights are needed, at minimum, to create an undisputed champ, which means if they wait until next fall to start, we might not get an undisputed champ until Kovalev is 36, Beterbiev is 34, and Stevenson is 41. What good is an undisputed champ if they are so old that they will just get beaten right away anyway?

But, what are you hearing? And if WBSS did happen at 175, are you saying Stevenson would join?

What would the brackets look like?

Stevenson/Jack vs Gvozdyk/Alvarez winner in one quarterfinal

Kovalev vs... Joe Smith??? in another?

Bivol vs... who is even out there? Marcus Browne? He just rejected the Kovalev fight, would he really take a Bivol fight?

Beterbiev vs... I am running out of known names. See this is the problem with the WBSS starting next summer. It should be starting now. Stevenson-Jack should be a quarterfinal. Gvozdyk-Alvarez should be a quarterfinal. Bivol-Barrera should be a quarterfinal. And Kovalev-Beterbiev would have the be the last one by default. But now that they are getting three of those matchups out of the way early 2018, before the WBSS super series can start, what that means is there are no longer 8 quality names to put into a new tournament starting next summer because three of them will have already been eliminated in the Stevenson-Jack, Gvozdyk-Alvarez, and Bivol-Barrera fights.

Then again, neither the cruiserweight WBSS tournament or the 168 WBSS tournament started out with 8 quality names, and it's still working out wonderfully. I guess those 3 fights can just serve as pre-tournament elimination fights to see who gets a spot. Then, all that matters is that all the champions are involved. But would Stevenson really agree to fight a good opponent???

Let me know as much as you can regarding these questions of what you have heard!

Also, what happened to Brendan Frasier?? Did he end up with drug problems or something? I feel bad to see him like that. Life can be cruel

Movie roles dried up, paying child support to some ho, alcohol abuse I think.

I don't think a WBSS is happening anyway - but 2018 has to be the year these guys face each other.

Bivol, Kovalev, Beterbiev, Jack, Gvozdyk, Stevenson, Barrera, etc.

I just wonder how many of these guys will face each other before retiring. Stevenson doesn't have the time left to face all of these guys. At least we have some momentum now, but that is nothing
