Wilder is a huge bragger with very little accomplishments in the ring to back up his bragging. He is 32 years old and is finally fighting his 1st top 5 world rated heavyweight in Ortiz. If he KOs Ortiz in 1 round then I would take his brag about KOing AJ seriously. AJ isn't Stiverne. Wilder needed 9 rounds to KO Molina FFS. He is safe to make bragging predictions on a fight that won't happen as long as he demands an unreasonable 50/50 split of the money.

wilder got only 1 belt, joshua got 3. wladimir didn't lose a fight for 11years till fury stopped his sick winning streak. both did much more than wilder, and both are younger than him too. if fury can get his **** together i have no doubt he will beat wilder with ease.

The guy has done too much blow. Even prime Fury would have gotten knocked out by Deontay. But this drug shot body would struggle mightily to get passed low level b stringers like Whyte at this point. The writing is on the wall that aj is gonna duck wilder for as long as he can. The only reason he's trying so hard to make the parker fight is because showtime is pressing him to fight wilder since he has one fight left on his contract with them. After he gets past parker......he'll suddenly move to HBO and the new excuse will be the networks. He'll fight miller in Brooklyn, a rematch with whyte, and maybe bellew/Haye winner. All the while being touted as the best hw in the world by HBO, and they will often bring up wilder and his resume. Leaving out how joshua ran to their network to avoid fighting him, how other fighters they praise tested positive for drugs before fighting him, and how guys like Tyson fury, Wladimir klitschko, and Joseph parker blatantly didn't want to fight wilder. After wilder knocks out Ortiz, I hope he gets to feast on the weakest hw's out there, and makes a string of highlight reel knock out to play over and over on espn, and every sports channel in the world. Since its all about impressing the casuals all of a sudden..... what better way to let them know who the real champion is than by giving them a visual of him knocking guys out??? Let Joshua run. Eventually he'll have to man up.
