Of course they've been negotiating. They met up in America didn't you hear? Both Hearn and Wilder confirmed Wilder said 50% or no fight.

For a guy that doesn't make even 10% his opponent does to ask for 50% is a clear ****ing duck move.

    Stop being so ******ed.

The fight will be in Vegas. The Brits will travel for it too I'm sure. The casino money is too good to pass up and then you've got HBO PPV for prime time in US and the Brits will still buy it even at 3 or 4 in the morning.

Wherever they fight the crowd will be with Joshua. Even Alabama. Brits travel. Wilder fans don't exist and/or buy tickets.

        They're just heavyweights.

99% of them keep chinned at some point. And both are due.

Ortiz and Parker are both live opponents.

That version of Stiverne was obviously a bit crap but I can't see either being put in with a pudding ever again.

It could also be called negotiation. Why start with 30%? To end with 20%? Starts with 50% and get 30%.

Both guys seem fairly happy to take interim fights and let the fight build a bit more. Smart move - Joshua with 3 belts coming over to conquer America against the American hope in a fight with all 4 belts on the line.

Like I said people seem more interested in who's ducking who rather than who's fighting who.

I find Wilder annoying with his talk and acting like he's been ducked though.

Saying i want X or no fight isn't negotiating is it? That's demanding.

The fight will happen (if Wilder doesn't lose to Ortiz) in 2018. Can't blame a guy for seeing how far someone will bend on negotiations trying for 50% of a $20m pot. If he sticks to his guns on 50% and it doesn't happen in 2018 then sure he's ducked it but until then let it play out.
