Lets talk about false narrative for a minute. Even if we exclude the @+50 jab differential for GGG, like the OP want a us to do, the power punch totals were 114-110 in Alvarez favor. One punch over 3 rounds and yet here you are saying GGG "ate punches"

It's been 3 months and the closest thing we've seen was a power shot that landed on Nelo's neck.

70% of ggg's offense was pitty pat jabs, the other 30% were power jabs. He did not land anything to the head, did not land anything to the body, did not land anything when Canelo voluntarily fought off the ropes etc.

You can make a highlight reel of power jabs, power body shots and head shots for Canelo, however the same cannot be said for ggg.

Has a fighter EVER thrown nothing but jabs and won a fight? I can't think of any fights that has ever happened in.

If they did nothing to Canelo, please explain that moment in the 4th, when Canelo was clearly winning the fight in the middle of the ring, that he suddenly retreats to the ropes and seemed to stay there for 6 or 7 rounds. Explain why Canelo would not listen to Reynoso when Eddy was telling Canelo to fight in the middle of the ring.

Canelo went from dominating the fight in the middle of the ring, to losing rounds sliding around on the ropes. And please don't say this was strategy. Eddy was telling him to fight in the middle

The point of conversation here is that a Canelo fan (apparently) wants us to make a highlight video and exclude the jab. As the OP said in reference to this hypothetical video, it won't be "as long and impressive as Canelos ".

He was tired and tried to clown GGG, if you go back and analyze the beautiful canelo on the ropes he was making GGG miss most of the time.

Golovkin was landing taps. Most of the CLEAN EFFECTIVE punches were coming from Canelo. That's the scoring rules. Golovkins punches had nothing on them, everytime he tried to load up he missed badly.

Nah man you're thinking of amateur boxing. Punches landed / scoring blows get graded. In professional boxing, damage to opponent is judged.

If you can find a way to criticize the master class he put on Canelo you can criticize anything.
