Money matters when making a fight. It matters to Joshua, it matters to Wilder. Fans with half a brain know this and acknowledge this.
If you've got nothing, move along.Comment

Moving along is what I was doing after I answered your insult.Comment

He talked before the deal, he talked during negotiations, and he talked after the deal, so what the **** are you talking about? He's made it VERY CLEAR he wants smoke with everyone in his division, and of course your dumbass disparages him for it. ****ing fake ass fansComment

I don't think anything more needs to be said.Comment

why are ppl saying he waited for AJ to have a fight to call him out? Wilder been calling him out forever where df have you been? he always mentions AJ. but ortiz is first priority. when wilder sparks him out they'll just say he was too old.Comment

After the Joseph Parker fight is over I can't imagine that the British fans will be content to keep paying to see Joshua fight bums.
At some point he will have to go see Wilder.Comment

all wilder can muster up is a disinformation campaign to fool the silly little fanboys that follow him. anyone who actually pays attention even just a little knows he wants no part of joshua and he admitted so by demanding 50-50. the words and the call outs are just for the fans to stay interested in himComment

I'm happy to see some people in here simply telling it like it is. Wilder was talking before the fights were made. So why are so many posters crying about that?
My only guess is it's due to him asking for a 50/50 split, but the way I've always seen it is like this:
He believes it should be 50/50 because they are both champions. He was champion for longer and has tried to make some step up fights but it hasn't worked out the way fighters kept getting busted for PED's. He's knocked out everyone he has faced. He is recognized as no lower than #2 in the division, and you need someone to tangle with to make the big money. Joshua also has no one worthy enough on his resume to separate it from Wilder's resume except for a Klitschko who was coming off of a loss, forced to be inactive for awhile due to Tyson Fury mind ****ing him in a coked out frenzy, and 41 years old.
I'm not saying that Wilder deserves 50/50, but I'm not going to say he has no right to believe he is worthy of that split. If he demanded that he deserves more than that, then I would definitely agree he's either insane or ducking. In this case, seems AJ's side isn't ready to make the fight now anyway, so there is much more time for some dust to settle and if the right choices are made, soon we'll know if Wilder is worthy of a 50/50 split.Last edited by travestyny; 12-22-2017, 08:33 PM.Comment
