Mikey moved up in weight and was the first guy who wasn't a WW to beat Broner and basically pitched a shut out

It would depend on who is doing the rating as to him being overrated or not. I think he deserves a spot in my 10 best pfp boxers but not in the top 5 yet. Most boxers do overrate themselves. Saunders just declared himself the number 1 pfp boxer in the world and he just isn't.
