He was responding to Floyd himself because Floyd was saying in an interview that he was Robotic and that Tank would knock him out. So Loma called him out on his B.S.

I didn't see that interview (link please). All I know is that Floyd has always said that he was I no rush to put Tank in there with Loma. Loma tweeting directly to Floyd is no different than Garcia talking about Arum. Same tactic!

Loma sent a tweet directly to a promoter, stating "Stop hiding your fighter from me!" I see no difference in Garcia stating "Bob Arum won't allow Lomachenko to fight me." Same tactics!
