This guy knows he’s getting the fight. He didn’t go from fighting on PPV cards and HBO, to headlining a FS1 card for nothing. Mr. Haymon had to promise him this fight when Vargas signed with him.

I called this, Jessie Vargas will be the new Robert Guerrero and get thrown to the wolves at Pbc. This is a better fight than Garcia Rios at least. Looks like the only Pbc cards on free t.v. anymore are the b.s. second rate cards theyre putting on Fs1. Pbc sucks and Mikey Garcia is a fraud I can't stress that enough

I agree, Thurman isn't coming off surgery for Porter or Spence Jr.! That would be ******! Actually, I don't think he should fight Vargas yet either. If you need a tune-up, get a tune-up! If you can fight Vargas, you can fight Porter! Perfect tune-up: Amir Khan!

HE KO's Ali who put Cotto into retirement. Only lost to Pac and Bradley who were the BEST at WW then. Plus that dumb deaf FKN Ref. stopped the Bradley fight when TB got ROCKED.

This is a GREAT fight...Honestly I favor Thurman but probably put $$$ on Vargas because of the injury and long layoff if can get some good odds!!
