I kind of feel like that ship has sailed as far as making him an instant star after the horn losss. Had Crawford got to him first he could be one of the biggest stars in boxing right now

horn loss is not legit and everyone knows it. i just think a pac vs crawford fight will do more good for crawford and arum than a pac vs loma fight.

if you're saying since pac lost to horn so it wont do crawford any good, well just imagine loma beating pac at 140? loma will get no credit for it. this is why i said loma needs to fight mikey for his break out to be a star since they're closer in size. beating pac wont do him much good but losing to pac will ruin him bad.

You are right it isn’t a legit loss in my eyes either but that won’t stop a lot of people using it as an excuse not to give Crawford credit. It’s a good win but the horn defeat will take a little shine off it. Loma would get more credit for it as he’s the smaller guy.

I do agree that Garcia is the best fight for him, the winner is guaranteed to be a huge star.

I just wish Manny retired after the Bradley fight, it was a perfect send off for a fighter who already went a couple years too long. The demise of his skills started in 2010, the he got schooled by Floyd, at least against Bradley he was going out on top. Now he has lost to Jeff f***ing Horn, who who knows might be better than we think but at 39 at welterweight, it's a dangerous game to be playing.
