Joshua/Fury is the biggest fight in the sport

If Fury gets back into shape and shows he has something left, this will be the biggest UK fight ever, by a long shot. Both of these fighters are household names for different reasons

The fight will garner interest abroad as the best two Heavyweights in the division, assuming Wilder doesn't surprise us all with a streak of good wins

This fight can neve be 50-50 because more people are prepared to pay to see Joshua fight than Fury. Their PPV numbers are different so why should the fight be 50-50. 60-40 is a fairer split than what Tyson is claiming.
