If this fight doesn't happen shame on Wilder. But, I'll say this Ortiz is about to be 39 (probably older) and has looked flat a lot in recent fights. He gets no credit for kinda stepping up after a decade in the game and his 40th fight.

If they fight and if Wilder ko's him, he should get full credit. Ortiz' age is not a factor. He hasn't had that many pro fights and has not sustained punishment. He is a legitimate threat to Wilder with a very deep amateur pedigree.

          1. You wouldn’t say that to his face, you’d be picking your teeth up off the ground.

          2. You won’t be receiving any of the money Joshua’s making so calm down weirdo

          3. Only reason he’s fighting Ortiz is because of fake ass fans like you. Y’all only care about drug testing when it’s a fighter y’all hate.

It this fight goes head-to-head with HBO's LHW matches, it's going to flop at Barclay's and in the ratings. To be fair, HBO's broadcast is going to take a hit as well. It would be smart for one of them to move their date. Better for the fans too.

Wilder SHOULD beat him. Ortiz is 38 going on 50. Looks like a middle-aged chain-smoking Uber driver. Looked rather slow and lethargic in recent fights. For the Loma haters, Ortiz gives up 3" in height and at least 6+ years in age, let's see if the Loma haters who criticized the size/age difference between Rigo, will celebrate Deontay's win with as much vigor.

I am consistent with drug-testing. First failed test should be a four year ban and the second one should life. I said Manny ducked Floyd by not accepting the blood-testing. Anderson Silva and Jon Jones are frauds... and no fighter should be called a ducker for not fighting a steroid cheat.
