Comments Thread For: Joshua, Hearn: Parker is Realistic With Demands, Unlike Wilder

IBF, IBO, WBA heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua (20-0, 20 KOs) is aiming to get his hands on another world title and he wants it sooner than later. The likely next opponent is WBO world champion Joseph Parker (24-0, 18 KOs).

Joshua and Hearn are getting selfish. Better face Wilder now than run he risk of losing to Parker.

get them fights on man!..wilder be realistic..you ain't known in the u.k and relatively in the u.s..you're confident I like it..but asking above 40-45% split in your favour means you don't want it as bad as you say you want it

Hearns not going to pay more than 30 per cent becuase of the knock on effect to future deals eg Wilder becomes that + x. The solution is to give Parker 30 and then add on s that effectively make it closer to 35.

These unification aren't big pay days for Joshua like they are for Wilder and Parker. I'm sure if you offered AJ the massive pay day boost multiplier Wilder and Parker expect then greed would kick in as well and he'd be demanding the fight .. but Wilder and Parker can't offer him that. Its actually low risk for Wilder and Parker as they get that career high pay day even if they lose otherwise they have to win a lot of albeit less risky fights

Selfish? Wouldn't that be the guy asking for a ridiculous 50% when he isn't even 1/10 the draw?

                Translation:
Wilder fights in front of several thousand in his hometown and is not a draw whatsoever.

                Joshua fights in Stadiums.

So rethink your ridiculous comment. You really think they should give Wilder 50 percent? Wow.

Wilder could've had some leverage before Hearn scooped up Big Baby! Had Wilder beat Ortiz and Big Baby, and left Joshua with Takam and Parker, AJ would look like an azzhole! Without possibilities of fighting Big Baby, there's not much left for Wilder unless him and Fury get it on!
