Wilder is on so many of these 'hater' threads that it just displays how much the Brit/AJ fans fear him. (It's not what you say/type, it's what you *DO* that says the most.)

He's not even making a lot of waves in the media right now and these fools just can't stop typing about him. If he's the bum they all say he is, then his name wouldn't be on these threads the AJ/UK members keep posting. It simply reveals their deepest, darkest, inner fears.

He's taken a weird turn. Duck a fight you get offered 10x more than you've ever made for and go and try to fight a man in his 40's you wouldn't fight because of a blood pressure pill.

Interesting in the aftermath of the Takam and Stiverne fights we where plastered with Wilder comments whereas now is total white noise in comparison.

Is he sick of Hearn clearly not wanting it?
Is he waiting to see what comes of Fury’s return?
Did Hearn run too Parker prematurely and leave Wilder with nothing?
Did Ortiz suddenly seem more an attractive option too him?

Depends how you see it, because let’s face it, none of us actually know.

He's lined-up a dangerous fight. Gets props from me.

For me, he's drawn his line in the sand. 50%. He's not worth that to anyone currently, so he is, belatedly, building his star. His posturing after his last fight was to get the ball rolling.

So many on here were so naive that they thought Wilder would get that fight next or that AJ would accept a pay cut to fight him.

If Wilder becomes a genuine star in America the landscape of that fight changes. There is only a finite amount of money that can be made over here.

Has to be done really. AJ will want to fight Fury first in what would be the biggest fight in British history.

Wilder is well on the back burner for now.
