Giyaso is very good. I saw him fight in Hamburg at the 2017 AIBA World Championships. He won Gold and was very impressive - he was named boxer of the tournament. Solid pro style, great movement. Definitely a blue chip prospect to keep your eyes on.

Giyasov is a good fighter, he fought the toughest opposition in the olympics, Rabii (world amateur champion), Iglesias (Olympic champion), Daniyar (world amateur champion) and Eimantas Stanionis (european champion) and he beat them all besides Daniyar who was one of the finest boxers at the games if not the finest.
He is athletic and tough but too raw just like the rest of the Uzbek team, to be honest, im not his biggest fan, but he has heart, he is an olympic silver medalist and he recently won the world championship, Fazzlidin Gaibnazarob (who i didn't rate highly as an amateur) has become one of my favorites prospects so who knows, maybe Giyasov can be a good pro.

Someone needs to sign the real stars of the Uzbek team, Zoirov, Dusmatov and Melekuziev are far better than Giyasov and Gaibnazarov.

I thought he received a gift over Pat McCormack in those games. He's a good fighter though, he clearly has a lot of natural talent and he fights with charisma
