Mayweather always pops in to downplay another fighter winning and getting appointed as the pound for pound.
I doubt he "popped in" from anywhere. Looks like an interview where he was asked about that fight, and Boxingscene reported it. I doubt Mayweather called anyone to give his take on Loma-Rigo.
I have yet to see Loma do anything close to great as a pro...surely nothing that Tank can't do.
He's fought back to back smaller fighters.
He's in his second division, and a 2 weight world champion. Tank has yet to beat ANYONE of real solid note that Lomachenco wouldntf make quit. Either way though, after he beats Davis, you will give him his respect?

If you see a fighter and rate his value higher purely off where he came from then as far as I am concerned your opinion matters a ton less.
