He has always had legit skills, it's just that after fights he'd balloon up in weight, come back looking terrible and talk trash and pi$$ people off. Anyone who holds a belt, fights sub-par opposition and is inactive gets hate and rightfully so - but BJS got back into the best shape of his career in the camp for Monroe and has only continued to look better because he is more disciplined now.

Hats off to him, put on a great show tonight and proved he can hang with the big boys.
