Crawford has already defeated 3 fairly good and undefeated opponents (Gamboa, Postol and Indongo). If one were to dismiss those wins as nothing, he wouldn't KSAB.
Besides that, he is undefeated and has proven to be classes above everyone he fought. He is undefeated and he is a 2 division champion.
Obviously, it wouldn't be exciting to watch him fight overrated Garcia, shot Pacquiao, too small Lomachenko or whatever.
So, who would you really like to see him fight at his current weight? I doubt Thurman got the balls, but I would like to see him beat Thurman, another good undefeated name for his resume. Jeff Horn would also be a good opponent to fight and Errol Spence is probably the most dangerous fight for Crawford to take. He would win and I would like to watch it, but, I wouldn't mind to watch Spence grow more before he is sacrificed to Crawford. He got way more potential than Horn and Thurman.
Honestly, I don't get how people can be so interested in guys like Kovalev, Canelo, Golovkin, etc., when we have an interesting elite level fighter here in Crawford to follow instead. Why watch brainless entertainment when you can watch living art?
Lomachenko and Crawford are the guys to follow at the moment, if you truly love the technical aspects of boxing without things getting boring.
