Why are they so unwilling to fight Hosea Burton? I just don't get it. Anthony Yarde would probably crush him. It makes me question their confidence, the fact they just dismiss the idea outright. He'd be a good win for Yarde, has some name recognition and a decent reputation.

I agree. Considering the no name fighters they have fought they may as well fight burton. The argument that he lost to bugloni is a poor one because we could probably name a lot of guys his other opponents have lost to. Should just take that fight and make themselves unavoidable. Bugloni won't fight him unless he has to.

I think people worry that Burton is a tough fight because he should have hung on and won against Buglioni.

          “Where is Ryan Burnett at?”

“Where is Ryan Burnett at?” asked Tete. “I want to unify the Bantamweight division and he is standing in my way. As a World Champion it is your duty to fight the best in the World. I am willing to travel anywhere on the planet to unify the Bantamweight division. If Burnett wants me to travel to Belfast I will happily do it. If he wants to be considered a top fighter and seriously be considered a unified champion he should want to test himself against the best. -- Zolani Tete.

Yep this was a blatant duck by Hearn/Burnett. I feel for Tete, he’s a good fighter but brings little financially to the table so fighter’s will always have the “excuse” to duck him
