Loma is a p4p champ and #Biased/#NewMedia doesn't like it

New Media picked loma to win & said if any one can beat loma its Rigo. So to you it wasn't the size that won him the fight? So when brook moved up two divisions to fight lil g we clearly saw that brook had more skill but the size did him in....So why are you guys trying to flip the script? Fact is that New Media points out the double standards in boxing & you guys don't like it. If you guys give respect in the 1st place & stop making stuff up like hbo & espn then there would of never been New Media.

I didnt see #Newmedia pick Lomachenko to win... i did see them make alot of excuses after the fight tho. I thought it was a 50/50 fight and gave vasyl credit when he deserved it. Im just sick of seeing this racial war in boxing. I'm pointing out the obvious double standards In #Newmedia. I like all fighters who prove themselves in the ring.

I don't know why you keep thinking just because someone is a fan of Loma means they are a fan of GGG. I actually picked GGG via a close decision and that is the result most people (polls and media) agreed with. You predicted a dominant victory for Canelo and nobody (polls, media or even Canelo fanboys) saw that. What was further from what transpired in the ring - close GGG win or dominant Canelo win? I think we both know the answer. Just like I was more right about the Loma-Rigo fight which I said Loma would dominate and Rigo may quit. Nothing to do with agendas.

Not sure where you've mistaken me for starting threads comparing to Floyd or great fighters. I've created a few mocking the ******s that picked Rigo but I'm not like one of you insecure crybabies that start foaming at the mouth when a fighter I dislike (I don't dislike many) gets some props here and there. It's just a sad existence as a boxing "fan" and it clouds judgments and leads to ****ty predictions.

I'm not fueled by dislike of fighters and it's probably what makes my opinions more respected and accurate than clowns like you that push agendas.

"well loma fought salido in his 2nd pro fight...mikey would have gotten killed if he tried that"...well ya prob cause mikey would have been a teenager? they both fought salido are approx the same age.....so theres really no difference other than loma starting at pro later....but loma was obviously comfortable his skill and experience would carry him.......guys are always looking to make a point even if its ******...mikey and loma fought salido at the same age...one guy just chose to stay amatuer much longer but he obviously comfortable he didnt need a bunch of filler fight on his record

lomas quick pro start/comp level deserves both praise and a pause and a step back IMO....its certainly cool of him to come right out...at the same point hes taking on the same level of comp mikey was at the same age.....

Doubt it. I've probably been to more live fights the last two years (maybe even year)than you have combined. Just got back from NYC to see a live fight and go to everything from small shows, to regular fights here in LA, to Vegas fights and fights in other countries. FAR from a fraud as a fight fan I can assure you that. Name a pound for pound or hall of famer of the last 10-15 years or so and I've seen him live for the most part.

I do poke fun at the side I deem most biased and agenda driven for sure. You can't act like it's not there. GGG is immune from praise for you and that's fine but just because I think he's a very good fighter and I felt he beat Canelo (as do most) doesn't mean I have an agenda or a bias towards him. The same thing you accuse GGG fans of doing you do against him so your not immune either. You've made your mind up. It is what it is.

Amateur experience and pro experience are 2 different things.

You fight a 12 rounder in Vegas with pro wraps against a tricky guy like Salido who is allowed to punch your balls.

Plus, Salido cheated, didn't make weight wich is cheating IMO.

ive said golovkin is a good fighter....but his fans have bashed more accomplished fighters for less...they have made excuses for him for things they have bashed a handful of other fighters for.....you can have an opinion he beat canelo...cept he didnt.......hes a real good fighter...hes just not the beast everyone wanted him to be or tried to make him out to be...i actually expected him to handle canelo with relative ease.......although as the fight grew closer i convinced myself canelo had more and more of a chance.....the fight was close no matter what you say or what the majority said.....and if golovkin was the guy he was supposed to be(and canelo was the chicken that got beat by lara, you know the guy that golovkin fans swore golovkin didnt have to fight to prove anything)then golovkin would have won in certain fashion....

ive watched way too many more accomplished fighters get bashed on message boards for years.....to simply just let golovkin slide for his weak resume, his duck of a great fight against ward, his blatant lie about the eubank fight to fight a welterweight after he clowned canelo for fighting a WW and in general just a lackluster career....unless of course he was fighting dom wade or some guy that lost to jesse brinkley and marcos primera......ggg doesnt just get a pass from me for being entertaining and impressive against C level comp.....i have no qualms with guys like loma and kova...i have no agenda against golovkin...i just dont think hes that great

loma obviously felt he was prepared enough to make that jump when he did...its on him and his people...if he wasnt fully prepared than it was ******

loma was comfortable making that jump when he did....loma may have been fighting ams but he was training and sparring plenty of guys....he wasnt training for 4 round fights during his entire amatuer career

im not one to simply say "omg well fighting in the ams is different than the pros" as some excuse or crutch.....its obvious there is a difference

but if you think loma was age 24 and training like he was fighting for 4 round fights you are crazy......loma made the jump quickly because he felt he was prepared for it

loma and mikey fought salido at the same AGE!!! difference is one chose to take resume building fillers and the other chose olympic route.......if you think loma went from training for 4 rounders and blindly made the jump to the pros you are nuts....his training regimen wasnt that of your typical 18 year old fighting 4 rounders before he turned pro...
