Couldn’t agree more, made a similar point on another Horn thread. This used to be the kind of guy people would get behind, not sure why that’s changed but someone else made the point it’s because he beat one of their idols and this upsets people, which I get.

What’s quiet and humble about him? All I’ve seen since he got an Australian decision to take the alphabet belt is him talking about all the top fighters he’d beat. Then he fights a guy ranked 73rd by boxrec. If he fights and beats one of the top guys legitimately, IMO people will feel differently toward him.

Come on man, you know how his works, none of these boxers stand in the street shouting out names (except for maybe Fury), they get asked by interviewers ‘what do you think about Crawford’ or whoever. Then they comment.
