I;m a fan of ward and american. I think what turned a lot of people of is the way ward fights. It wasn't just the ending of kov-ward 2, through out the bout he was getting away with groin and nut shots clearly.

Watch ward-kessler, he used his head as a battering ram, a weapon.

I really don;t think it's about race AT ALL. Ward appears dirty to a lot of fans, which turns them off.

Ward was going to the body the whole 2nd fight..... Kovalev's adjustment was bending over, as the ref and commentators will say.... It's not low if your bent over, it's not behind the head if your bent over.... There are a lot of Eastern Euro / Russians on this site because Kovalev has a lot of fans that still will not except nor get over his back 2 back losses, this is why Boxing is a very dangerous sport for fans also, because it makes a lot of them delusional....
