Is a better more unbiased list but not necessarily correct also.
Ah man can't wait for Estrada-Rungvisai. That's really gonna be the battle of little guy supremacy.
Spence could be rated for beating Brook. Jermell on the other hand has a handful of decent opponents but no one that great. I'd leave Jermell off the list.
Too many people forget about Usyk but he's got a strong case to be on the list now. And if he beats Briedis he's a must have on any p4p list for sure.
It's your list to arrange any way you want with whatever boxers in whatever order you want. My list has Loma 1st and GGG 2nd. GGG could regain his number 1 spot he just lost to Loma if he is impressive enough in the Canelo rematch. It all depends on how good he looks. PFP isn't resume or who you beat. It's how good for his weight you think a boxer is today based on recent fights. That is why Spence is my number 3 PFP even though his resume is thin. I think he would beat Crawford and Thurman so I must place him higher than them regardless of resume. My eyes tell me he is better than them. Crawford is damn good and my number 4 pfp. If it was just resume Crawford would be 1st or 2nd but it's not resume. Jermell isn't anywhere near top 10 pfp for me. I think Lara and Hurd would both beat him.I think there are many boxers who are better than him pfp. I agree with your choices of Canelo, Kovalev and Inoue and they are on my top 10 list. I may be the only guy who has Bivol in the top 10 pfp but he looks that good to me.

You are thinking resume or who they beat and pound for pound is not resume or it would be called resume. PFP is who you think they can beat today by what your eyes tell you in their recent fights. Do you think Crawford would beat Spence if they fought at 147 today. If you think Crawford wins that fight then he deserves your number 2 rating. If you think Spence beats Crawford as I do then you should rank Spence above Crawford PFP regardless of Crawford having a better resume. Loma has only had 10 fights and he lost one of them to an average boxer named Salido and yet he is your number 1 PFP and rightfully so. You have Loma number 1 not because of who he beat so much as how damn good he looks beating them.
There is no such thing as a correct pfp list because it's just opinion and not provable fact unless the boxers actually fight each other. Loma can't fight Kovalev so where they rank pfp against each other is just guesswork and opinion and not fact. No two PFP lists are the same. Everyone's PFP list is 100% correct for them even if nobody else agrees.
